Michael Primrose is the Owner of The Property Finance Collective, a Commercial Finance Brokerage specialising in Development Finance, Bridging loans and Commercial Mortgages (HMOs/SA/Portfolios, Semi-commercial and Commercial Property and LTD co BTLs).
Michael has a passion for creative finance and the ability to structure deals for Finance. Michael set up The Property Finance Guy and became the youngest owner of a Commercial Finance Brokerage in the Country, and alongside this, also has a successful Training Company, educating Investor and Developers on how to raise finance, and a successful Podcast.
Saif Rehan
Saif Rehan, a seasoned professional with a diverse background, is not only an ex-accountant but also a highly successful property investor. Over the past 3 years, Saif has undertaken an impressive portfolio of 25 developments, showcasing his expertise in various property strategies, including BTLs, Flips, HMOs, Flats, and C2Rs.
In addition to his thriving career in property investment, Saif owns a project management consultancy, where he leverages his financial acumen and strategic vision to provide top-notch services. This dual role as an active investor and developer, combined with his extensive experience, positions Saif as a dynamic professional with a comprehensive understanding of the property market.
Michael Allison
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in specialist finance. He has lead departments across the customer journey as well as business change and colleague training. Michael held a number of varied roles at HBOS and Together before coming to Roma where he began as Operations Director. The success of the business has enabled Michael to take on a larger role as commercial director, leading the charge on Roma’s business goals. Michael is passionate about improving the customer, partner and colleague journey through change leadership.

Kerry is an experienced leader with a history of working in financial services & real estate industry. As Estate Agency Director for Butters John Bee (Spicehaart) she has a frontline perspective of the property market.
