IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Public transport is recommended for our Birmingham event in July due to maintenance works at the stadium and road closures around the venue.
The stadium is currently experiencing increased traffic levels.
On Witton Lane, temporary traffic lights are in place, which may cause delays. In addition, there is a road closure on Trinity Road; however, this does not impact access to the Holte Car Park.
There is very limited event day parking in the Holte Car park and once full attendees will be directed to the Water Works car park.
Note: Trinity Road also has road parking available.

The carpark is located directly next to Witton Train station marked on the map here with a red star.
The location is manned by AVFC Staff and security.

Checking in on the day
Head straight to reception when you arrive, our team will be ready to welcome you. You’ll receive your visitor badge and an event brochure, and we’ll point you in the right direction for everything you need.
General admission
10:00am – 3:00pm
Doors open at 10am, come along any time that suits you.
VIP ticket holders
8:30am – 10:00am

What to bring
Your ticket – you’ll have received this by email either at the time of booking, or the day before the event if you registered before 10am that morning. Just show it on your phone or printed at reception and you’re all set.
