Sonia Mann

Sonia Mann is the Head of Field Sales and part of the senior leadership team for Roma Finance, executing the commercial strategy and managing the sales team to enhance the partner and borrower experience and business growth. Sonia has been in the financial services market for 26 years, with notable firms before Roma including Crowd Property, Santander and Together. Sonia is focused on building relationships and understanding the needs of partners and customers.

Matt Townsend

Matt has amassed two decades of direct experience in the industry having been specifying and supplying heat pump systems since 2006. Over that time Matt has witnessed huge changes in the industry with the introduction of MCS regulations, rafts of Government funding streams, and now the Future Homes Standard and associated building regulations that are designed to mandate the requirement for developers to install heat pumps into their properties. Matt oversees sales and commercial strategy at Alto Energy with a targeted focus on supplying heat pumps nationwide with comprehensive design and support packages specifically targeted to meet the needs of property developers, general builders, and plumbing and heating engineers.

James Allen

James Allen brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in sales and supply chain management, having worked in both the FMCG sector and the building materials industry. His deep expertise in supply chain management was further developed through his work in drylining distribution before moving into the IBC Buying Group for Builders Merchants, where they leveraged a £500 million buying power.

In early 2019, James founded AAS Distribution, recognising a gap in the market for a service-oriented procurement model that could meet the unique needs of developers. In 2020, James and Finbarr launched P4HB, offering tailored take-off, scheduling, and supply procurement solutions for investors, developers, and main contractors. This expansion also led to the creation of Daylight, a full turnkey glazing partner specialising in mid to high-end projects, and Genau Kitchens, which provides comprehensive design and turnkey kitchen solutions.

James is passionate about helping clients build on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. He understands the daily challenges faced by investors, developers, and main contractors, and emphasises collaboration, communication, transparency, and delivering real value on every project.

Josh Thompson

Senior Lending Manager at CrowdProperty based in Birmingham. CrowdProperty are  a leading development lender who provides stretch senior finance for property projects, delivered by property people. Actual property development and investment experience lies at the heart of the business meaning a hands-on, expertise-led, partnership approach from application through due diligence and on to loan monitoring, meaning a property expert to property expert relationship with developers, throughout their journey.

Michael Primrose

Michael Primrose is the Owner of The Property Finance Collective, a Commercial Finance Brokerage specialising in Development Finance, Bridging loans and Commercial Mortgages (HMOs/SA/Portfolios, Semi-commercial and Commercial Property and LTD co BTLs).

Michael has a passion for creative finance and the ability to structure deals for Finance. Michael set up The Property Finance Guy and became the youngest owner of a Commercial Finance Brokerage in the Country, and alongside this, also has a successful Training Company, educating Investor and Developers on how to raise finance, and a successful Podcast. 

Adam Lawrence

Adam is director of multiple trading companies associated with property, including lettings agencies, estate agencies, and an in-house asset management vehicle. He is also a co-founder of Partners in Property, a unique property community set up in 2017 which now has 4 monthly meetups all over the country. Additionally he is a director of multiple property investment vehicles which are almost exclusively joint ventures. He has masterminded the purchase of over 500 properties in the post-crash environment from when he started taking property more seriously as an investment class in 2011. The investment companies receive over 7 figures in rent with a combined 8 figure asset base.

Richard and Brynley Little

Richard & Brynley Little are the 2nd and 3rd generations from a family involved in land, planning and development since the 1950’s.

Richard Little is a highly experienced specialist in the land, planning, and construction industry with a rich family heritage since the 1950s. With over four decades of active involvement, Richard has amassed a wealth of knowledge across various aspects of land, planning, construction, and business. As a top-tier consultant, speaker, and contributor in industry events and publications, Richard provides board-level support to development businesses. His expertise spans deal acquisition, risk management, investment decisions, planning and business strategy, value engineering, construction and project management, and project exits. Renowned for his straight-talking and insightful approach, Richard offers real-world knowledge to developers and investors. The Little family have worked with over 250 landowners and delivering more than 3000 homes.

Brynley Little has had an active role in the family business since he was 17 years old, moving from an on-site general contractor gathering vital hands-on experience, elevating to co-founder and co-director of multiple development based businesses. Like his father, Brynley to provides consulting advice to private clients, and contributes to industry publications and events. His knowledge and experience spans topics such as sourcing, deal negotiation, deal appraisals, acquisition structures, managing stakeholders, managing consultants, planning strategy, design development, managing applications, and business strategy. Helping other businesses succeed and grow is not their main business. Richard & Brynley have their own pipeline of land deals, active planning applications and live sites.

Their main focus is on working in collaboration with landowners and investors to acquire, get consent for, and deliver highly impactful, highly sustainable development projects that help solve some of the biggest problems faced such as housing affordability, the climate emergency and fuel poverty. They live by the mantra PLAN BETTER, BUILD BETTER, LIVE BETTER.
