Sonia Mann is the Head of Field Sales and part of the senior leadership team for Roma Finance, executing the commercial strategy and managing the sales team to enhance the partner and borrower experience and business growth. Sonia has been in the financial services market for 26 years, with notable firms before Roma including Crowd Property, Santander and Together. Sonia is focused on building relationships and understanding the needs of partners and customers.

Finbarr Doyle

Finbarr Doyle is the Managing Director of Procurement for House Builders (P4HB), a company dedicated to empowering SME Developers, investors, and contractors through tailored procurement and project management solutions. With over 25 years of experience spanning supply chain, construction, and procurement, Finbarr is a recognised leader in driving innovation and tackling industry challenges. His ventures include co-founding P4HB and Daylight Architectural Glazing in 2020, and Genau Precision Kitchens in 2024. Passionate about collaboration and talent development, Finbarr is committed to helping building purpose driven teams who want to challenge the status quo to unlock businesses efficiencies, maximise value, and deliver exceptional results for the UK Housing industry.

Kam Dovedi

Kam Dovedi is the founder of The Premier Property Group and has over 35 years of property experience. He is regarded as one of the UK’s most influential and most respected property investors and developers because of how active he is in the UK Property market.

Kam has implemented and still does implement a variety of property investing strategies successfully, such as: buy to lets, HMOs, Permitted Developments, New Builds, and Commercial Conversions, which means he has built up a significant multimillion-pound property portfolio.

His passion for Property is infectious and has allowed him to give back. Kam has trained over 200,000 property investors, developers, and entrepreneurs over the last decade to help them to take their property investing to the next level, whether they are new to property or experienced.

Rupert Lowe is a seasoned Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over three decades of experience in the property industry. He has played a pivotal role in driving growth and supporting SME residential developers through strategic finance solutions. Since joining CrowdProperty as Business Development Manager in January 2021, Rupert has been instrumental in expanding the business’s reach, ensuring developers have the financial backing they need to succeed.

Daniel Rust

With over a decade of experience in accountancy and taxation, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise in auditing, statutory accounts, and both personal and corporate tax planning. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2022, Daniel is committed to ongoing professional development and is currently working towards the Chartered Tax Advisory Qualification.

Specialising in providing strategic, tax-efficient advice, Daniel is dedicated to helping businesses grow, succeed, and optimise their financial potential. Michael Primrose

Michael Primrose is the Owner of The Property Finance Collective, a Commercial Finance Brokerage specialising in Development Finance, Bridging loans and Commercial Mortgages (HMOs/SA/Portfolios, Semi-commercial and Commercial Property and LTD co BTLs).

Michael has a passion for creative finance and the ability to structure deals for Finance. Michael set up The Property Finance Guy and became the youngest owner of a Commercial Finance Brokerage in the Country, and alongside this, also has a successful Training Company, educating Investor and Developers on how to raise finance, and a successful Podcast. 

William Stokes

William Stokes is an entrepreneur, property developer, and the CEO & Co-Founder of Co-Space, a flexible workspace owner/operator focused on creating design-led working in major regional tier locations. Co-Space currently has 3 sites open in Reading, Stevenage and Milton Keynes, with the 4th and 5th sites due to launch in September 2025 and March 2026.

William has an extensive background in chemical and construction engineering, before stepping away in late 2015 to help build EquaGroup, a medium sized commercial to residential property developer. William then exited in mid 2019 to focus more on Co-Space, and building the wider Co-Group of companies, including Co-REM, a property and facilities management business.

Bryn & Richard Little

Richard & Brynley Little are the 2nd and 3rd generations from a family involved in land, planning and development since the 1950’s.

Richard Little is a highly experienced specialist in the land, planning, and construction industry with a rich family heritage since the 1950s. With over four decades of active involvement, Richard has amassed a wealth of knowledge across various aspects of land, planning, construction, and business. As a top-tier consultant, speaker, and contributor in industry events and publications, Richard provides board-level support to development businesses. His expertise spans deal acquisition, risk management, investment decisions, planning and business strategy, value engineering, construction and project management, and project exits. Renowned for his straight-talking and insightful approach, Richard offers real-world knowledge to developers and investors. The Little family have worked with over 250 landowners and delivering more than 3000 homes.

Brynley Little has had an active role in the family business since he was 17 years old, moving from an on-site general contractor gathering vital hands-on experience, elevating to co-founder and co-director of multiple development based businesses. Like his father, Brynley to provides consulting advice to private clients, and contributes to industry publications and events. His knowledge and experience spans topics such as sourcing, deal negotiation, deal appraisals, acquisition structures, managing stakeholders, managing consultants, planning strategy, design development, managing applications, and business strategy. Helping other businesses succeed and grow is not their main business. Richard & Brynley have their own pipeline of land deals, active planning applications and live sites.

Their main focus is on working in collaboration with landowners and investors to acquire, get consent for, and deliver highly impactful, highly sustainable development projects that help solve some of the biggest problems faced such as housing affordability, the climate emergency and fuel poverty. They live by the mantra PLAN BETTER, BUILD BETTER, LIVE BETTER.

Daniel Kennedy

Daniel joined the military aged 16 as a medic, quickly rising through the ranks of the British Army and was promoted to ‘Sergeant’ at a very young age. Following serving in Afghanistan, Daniel purchased his first property in 2011, a new build that kick started the property investment adventure. Following the structuring and completion of 21 deals for investors, Daniel quickly moved from trading to refurbishing and developing property, having refurbished and fully renovated 7 projects. With each refurb being a battle he decided to bring delivery in house and start Steadfast Construction and Design – Birmingham’s most sought after construction team tailored for the investors. Since then he has gone on to build a 7.1 million pound portfolio start with nothing but an idea.
