After relocating from Scotland to Newcastle in 2021 with no local network or market knowledge, he built a successful career in property by sourcing high-yield investment opportunities for investors across the UK and internationally, while also growing his own portfolio – buying over 150 properties since 2023 and sourcing in excess 675+ deals with a GDV of £100m for investors.
His background in accounting gives him a unique advantage in structuring deals and helping clients navigate challenging lending scenarios.
Alongside his work in property and finance, Kristoffer is building a growing presence on social media, sharing insights into investing, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
Known for his driven mindset and practical approach, he is passionate about helping others create financial freedom and opportunities through property.
