With more than 40 years in property and over 4,500 transactions completed across 80+ towns and cities, John Howard brings one of the most extensive track records in the UK market.

His experience spans residential investment, commercial assets, listed buildings, conversions, and large-scale residential schemes.

A standout project includes The Winerack on Ipswich Waterfront, a £27 million redevelopment delivering 150 apartments.

Alongside active development work, John runs in-person masterclasses, supports live deals across the UK, and is the author of five property books. He has also recently completed filming for the latest series of Property Elevator, set to air on Amazon Prime.

He remains actively involved in development today, bringing current market perspective to every session.

Daniel Hill

Award-winning entrepreneur and investor Daniel Hill retired at 35 with a £10 million portfolio and an 18% bank gearing structure.

Named Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2013) and Entrepreneur of the Year (2018), he has founded, scaled, bought, and sold more than 40 companies across multiple sectors.

As Chairman of PPN UK, he advises on property and business strategy while continuing to deliver significant private investment activity annually through his family office.

His focus is consistent: structured investing, disciplined growth, and risk-managed expansion. His session brings a high-level perspective on building and maintaining wealth through property and business.

Vicki Wusche

Recognised by The Telegraph as one of the UK’s most influential voices in property, Vicki Wusche has spent over two decades helping investors rethink how they approach wealth.

Since 2004 she has supported clients in acquiring over 100 properties and building portfolios exceeding £15 million collectively.

Her approach is grounded in long-term strategy, clarity of purpose, and realistic execution rather than short-term speculation.
