We’re thrilled to announce our new collaboration with The Developers Club, an exclusive community of ambitious UK property developers on a mission to deliver 10,000 new homes by 2030. TDC members have already delivered 4,800 homes with nearly 5,000 more in the pipeline, making them a powerful force in tackling the UK’s housing challenge.

Together, we share a common goal: to help Britain get building and tackle the housing crisis head-on. Both The Developers Club and Property Developer Show were created to provide real solutions, supporting developers to scale their businesses, deliver quality homes, and make a tangible impact across the UK. By combining our networks, experience, and expertise, we’re creating more than just events, we’re building a community where knowledge is shared, challenges are overcome, and success is celebrated.

Through this partnership, TDC will join us at all six Property Developer Show events, Bristol, London, Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester, and Leeds, not only exhibiting but also hosting “The Developers Playbook: Sourcing to Exit”, an exclusive mastermind session at the show designed to share actionable strategies for property developers. Access to this mastermind is only available with Silver or Gold ticket purchases.

TDC will also host a Q&A panel at every show, open to all general ticket holders. The panel will feature a rotating line-up of local club members who are actively delivering projects ranging from £1 million to £10 million+.
