The Manchester edition of the Property Developer Show proved to be our biggest and most successful event yet. With 550 developers, 44 exhibitors, and 11 expert speakers, the day was filled with learning, collaboration, and opportunity.
From finance to planning, interiors to sustainability, the event brought together the people and companies shaping the future of UK property development.

The exhibition hall was buzzing as attendees connected with leading names in the sector. Big names such as CrowdProperty, John Lewis, Roma Finance, TerraQuest and Saint-Gobain were among the standout exhibitors showcasing products, services, and expertise to help developers take their projects to the next level. As well as locally based Ronald Fletcher Baker, NTB Survey and Waterguard.
